1. Booking and Custom Safari Packages

All custom safari and charter flight bookings require formal written confirmation. A deposit is required to secure concessions, professional hunters, flight slots, and accommodation. The balance of the payment is due as specified in your individual contract.

2. Permitted and Prohibited Use

This website is intended to provide information about our concessions, facilities, aviation charters, and booking packages. You may not use this website or its content:

• For any unlawful purposes.
• To copy, replicate, or scrape any content, images, layout, or logos for commercial redistribution without our explicit written permission.
• To introduce malware, perform security scans, or disrupt server infrastructure.

3. Intellectual Property

All content, including text, custom graphics, logos, layouts, and photographic assets, is the intellectual property of Naauwkloof Safaris or its designers. Unauthorised reproduction or distribution is strictly prohibited.

4. Aviation and Hunting Risk Acknowledgment

Hunting and private charter aviation in remote areas carry inherent risks. By booking a package, clients acknowledge these risks. All clients are required to sign a standard liability waiver and indemnity agreement prior to embarking on their safari. Comprehensive personal travel, medical, and evacuation insurance is highly recommended.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Naauwkloof Safaris shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential loss, injury, illness, property damage, or delays resulting from your use of this website, or participation in safari activities.

6. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of South Africa. Any disputes arising out of these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of South Africa.
